We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return your order in accordance with the terms below.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your order.

Items must be returned unused, unworn and in their original condition. Items that have been worn, damaged or altered may not be eligible for a refund.

Your Right to Cancel

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the item.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us. We will cover reasonable return shipping costs and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with UK consumer law.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

For eligible cancellations, we will refund the product price and the cost of the cheapest standard delivery option. Additional costs for an upgraded delivery method are non-refundable.

Refunds will normally be processed within 14 days in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
